点评:The Bodega staff at TierrasAltas, especially Antoniella, greeted us very warmly as we had tasted wines there a week earlier and returned to have one of their 3 course lunch offerings.
We chose the Manso menu consisting of a platter of tasty appetizers, including picked vegetables, beet root cream and carrot and orange marmalade . Slow cooked tender beef and roast potatoes with herb cream . A dessert of cream caramel , chantilly cream, dulce de leche, topped with a huge walnut with raspberry and chocolate sauce. Every thing was delicious and high quality . Our course also included a welcome sparkling white(cabsav) aperitif and a large glass of their fine Malbec red wine. An added surprise (just for us I think) was a delicious glass of dessert pink wine bubbles
The service was very attentive by our waitress Antoniella who spoke very English . We had a very enjoyable and memorable lunch in Mendoza before we leave tomorrow via the alpine road to Santiago.
