Really nice green area on the sea front.

点评：Running parallel with The Esplanade this pleasant park stretches from Wickham Point in the east all the way along to the Aquascene Fish Feeding Sanctuary in the west, taking in the Darwin Cenotaph War Memorial, ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden. The Leichhardt Monument and the Bicentennial Park Monument along the way. Plenty of seating and shade given from trees in the park, it seemed a popular spot for jogging, dog walking and baby pram pushing during our week in Darwin.
My favourite bit was the information boards to the bombardment of Darwin during the second world war by the Japanese, something I didn’t have a great deal of knowledge of and thought the description through the human stories, both tragic and historic, was extremely well done.
