Worst Christmas Party I’ve ever been to! Avoid wasting money here!

点评：Absolutely the worst Christmas party I’ve ever been to in all my working life and I’ve been working for over 30 years! Booking was made in November all paid upfront only to be told when we arrive no booking was made. They put us at the back of the room on the tiniest table which the miserable manager advised was meant for 12 ppl when in fact we saw others sat at a larger table with less people on! They made a mistake but made us feel like we were the ones on the wrong. They ran out of drinks aswell as gravy! Of all the things to run out of for a Christmas dinner! The dj was the worst dj who had no clue what music to play at a Christmas party and had zero Xmas songs in the 1st hour and the playlist was appalling. The fact there was no one dancing should’ve been a hint! He had no clue how to liven it the party at all. What an absolute shambles of a night the food was mediocre and the dessert was not edible it was as though it was off! They overcharged for 2 drinks and second time round ordered the same 2 drinks plus another 2 which came to the same total! The lady in charge was super rude to us ignored our requests considering they messed up our booking there was zero customer service apart from the lovely car park people and the ladies and gents serving food. As a result we all left just after 10pm - they also didnt give the cracker as promised which was a raffle so it was all a bit of farce so please do not ever book here unless u sack the miserable manager in charge or send her for some training on customer service.
翻译：绝对是我工作三十多年来参加过的最糟糕的圣诞派对！我们十一月就预订了，而且全款预付，结果到了之后却被告知根本没有我们的预订记录。他们把我们安排在房间最里面一张最小的桌子上，那个可恶的经理说这张桌子是12人桌，可我们明明看到其他人坐在更大的桌子上，人却更少！明明是他们搞错了，却让我们觉得是我们坐错了。他们连饮料和肉汁都用完了！圣诞晚宴居然会缺这缺那！DJ也是我见过最差劲的，完全不知道圣诞派对该放什么歌，第一个小时一首圣诞歌都没放，歌单也糟糕透顶。没人跳舞这难道还不够说明问题吗？他根本不知道怎么活跃气氛。真是个一团糟的夜晚！食物平庸，甜点更是难以下咽，感觉都变质了！他们多收了我们两杯饮料的钱，第二次我们点了同样的两杯饮料，外加另外两杯，总价居然一样！负责人态度极其恶劣，完全无视我们的要求。考虑到是他们搞砸了我们的预订，除了停车场的工作人员和餐厅的服务员之外，其他服务人员都毫无服务可言。结果，我们晚上十点刚过就离开了。他们也没有像承诺的那样给我们抽奖用的彩蛋，整个过程简直是一场闹剧。所以，除非你们解雇那个态度恶劣的经理，或者送她去接受一些客户服务方面的培训，否则千万不要在这里预订。
