Pools great - housekeeping very poor

点评：Torn between 3 and 4 stars!
The good:
The pools we went to were great - the splash pool with slides for the younger ones was fab, they loved it! The smaller pool was also great - little ones could stand upright and enjoy swimming independently. The outside section was not open when we arrived however imagine it would only be pleasant in the height of summer anyway! Price was decent for the time allowed.
The bad:
The swimming pools themselves were fairly dirty. We visited in an afternoon so whether it was cleaner earlier or not I can't say but there were piles of dirt at the edges everywhere and noone was visible cleaning or sweeping down the areas.
The area around the main pool was sooo cold.
The locker area was dirty and hectic. Also people left nappies and rubbish in the lockers and the showers all say not to use soap, which is odd when you need to clean up after swimming. Toilets were also unclean and all lacking toilet paper.
The changing rooms felt very claustrophobic. The walls go right to the ceiling and the only gap is under the door - it was very hot and uncomfortable.
Overall we enjoyed our day but it could have been so much better with a little housekeeping changes.
