An amazing hotel and would highly recommend.

点评：A fabulous experience from start to finish.
This is a beautiful hotel in an old palace which are sympathetically and tastefully merged.
The original palace rooms are stunning and there for guests to enjoy. The main room has a balcony like the one in Sound of Music.
The bedrooms in a new part were large and very comfortable and air conditioned. Towels were plentiful and the chocolates on the pillow were a nice touch.
Breakfast was amazing. Very fresh and a very very wide selection at the buffet.
Pool was fabulous. Sun loungers always available and pool food and drinks are highly recommended.
We dined in the highly scenic restaurant twice. The view is sublime and that was matched by the food.
The packed breakfast on our last day as we had an early start was a lovely touch.
Ubers into Faro take 10 mins and are between €10 and €15 and always arrive on time.
Alll in all the best recommendation is that we will be back
