点评：I have been a loyal customer of YSpa since it opened, but this was the first time I’ve visited since the re-brand. It’s horrendous! What on earth have you done to the place?! I feel so sad about it! Put it back!
Gone is the luxury spa experience it once was. Check in machines that don’t even work mean you’re guaranteed to start the experience stressed out. They’re not even saving on staff costs because the fact that they don’t work means a member of staff has to basically be on hand to help everyone anyway. I didn’t see a single person go through stress free.
Never seen anything so ridiculous as the new menu. Burgers, pizza or ciabatta at a spa! The food used to be so lush!
Bright pink neon signs everywhere for a sensory experience you’ll hate.
Giant screw sticking out of the floor of the pool.
No treatments, because let’s colour or do a puzzle instead.
Pool was so rammed you couldn’t get in it, which basically leaves you nowhere to go.
YSpa used to be my favourite place to be and they have 100% ruined it.
Won’t be going again.

泳池人挤人，根本进不去，基本上无处可去。
