点评:I have wanted to see Willie Nelson for forever and am glad I did but I would never see a concert at Somerset again especially for the amount we paid for our seats. First of all, it was way too long. The bands had to change out the stages each time which took about half an hour and that was the time when everyone wanted to get food, drinks and portapotty time. The stage is way too low. We had to strain to see the actual acts and the two screens were in the Sun and obstructed. People standing in front of us blocked the whole thing because the stage was so low. It should be raised for the audience or the screens should be much larger and have more than two. The fans needing to get in and out of the reserved area were inconvenienced each time showing tickets on a phone causing longer lines. Why not wristbands which are extremely difficult to get off or a hand stamp. And the lines for the portpotties were ridiculous. You sell the biggest beers and that’s all you can get causing everyone to have to pee causing you to leave your seats causing you to have to get your phones out to show your ticket causing you to shuffle thru the dark to find your seat again. And getting a beer for a 70 year old to have to be carded is beyond stupid. Where is common sense? Apparently it’s all because of Live Nation’s policies. Never again. The outdoor concerts at the Minnesota State Fair are by far away better managed, better visibility to stage, much better screens, less nonsense to get in and out and still secure. Somerset never again.
