Inkayni Peru Tours的点评
点评：Wonderful experience at Peru, traveling with Inkayni between May 30 – June 8. Three families, party of 12. We booked directly through WhatsApp, and Jhonathan was courteous and very helpful in crafting a custom tour per our specific itinerary, staying in touch the whole way — from booking all the way to getting us back to the airport at the end.
All admission fees were covered in our tour cost (~$1,100 pp), including private transportation, a private tour guide, and our own driver for all our trip, plus round-trip Vista Dome train tickets. Breakfast and lunch were covered for the Rainbow Mountain and Humantay Lake day trips. We also did the Cusco tour, Machu Picchu routes over 2 days, Sacred Valley, Moray, and Maras. We're all vegetarians, and the staff arranged sumptuous buffets for us throughout.
Our guide, Papa Freddy, was friendly, patient, and flexible, treating everyone with respect and compassion. Our driver, Joel, was the best — safely navigating the stressful, bumpy, and dusty roads, especially out to Humantay Lake and Rainbow Mountain. Places weren't too crowded, but honestly the travel itself was more stressful than the hikes due to the rough roads.
A note on shopping: Chinchero was nice to experience, but it had the vibe of a typical tourist trap. It's a single isolated shop where you have to bargain hard for a fair price, and even then we found prices higher than in the markets in Aguas Calientes and San Pedro in Cusco for the same items. A few unique artisanal pieces may be worth it, but for most things we felt better off spreading our purchases across the other markets when we had time. We skipped Awanacancha, as we were told prices were much higher there too.
Highly recommend Inkayni overall for the tour experience!
