点评:We visited the replica German signs in the village square. No explanation in English but with internet research we were able to find the museum in the town hall which is located alongside the large church on the hill behind the square. The museum us up the stairs nearest the entrance (we had to ask as there is no information or signage). Three rooms hold a myriad of mostly unidentified bits and pieces of war detritus and old agricultural implementation. The actual German signs erected following the massacre are held here, together with contemporary photographs. Most information were only in Greek. There was a large shell casing... an unexploded bomb maybe? (the village was bombed beforehand). Don't know. Neither was I able to see any list of the victims names anywhere .. 180 reportedly. A second memorial in the town has a much shorter list of names with dates that don't seem to correspond with the June 1941 massacre... e. g. 1942, 1943 etc? Where is the burial site for these unfortunates? No information found.
