Even before I arrived in Bali, while I was still in the UK, he kept in touch and made me feel completely at ease. He even sent a photo of himself and the signage he would be using so I’d know exactly who to look for.
We had Agus with us for seven days during our ten‑day holiday in Bali, and he truly made our trip unforgettable. He took us all around Ubud and Kuta, always going the extra mile—whether it was bringing us fresh fruit or taking care of our laundry without us even asking. During our journeys, he shared stories about Bali’s history, his family, and the local culture, turning every drive into something meaningful.
What we’ll remember most is the warmth he brought to every moment. That constant smile on his face is something we’ll never forget.
