Disappointing customer service before booking

点评：I contacted this dive center because I was genuinely interested in completing my PADI Open Water Diver course with them.
Before booking, I asked three simple questions:
When is the next course available?
How long should I wait before flying after completing the course?
Is there any discount if two people book together?
I believe these are perfectly reasonable questions, especially for a course costing almost €600. Many dive centers around the world offer discounts for couples or small groups, so I simply wanted to ask.
Instead of answering "No, we don't offer discounts," I was told that I should contact another dive center because my first question was about a discount. I found this response unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional.
I then explained that I had wanted to do this course for a long time and that my question was based on previous experiences with other dive centers. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to resolve the misunderstanding or continue the conversation.
I cannot comment on the quality of their diving instruction because I never became a student. However, based on my experience as a potential customer, the communication was disappointing and not what I expected from a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort.
