点评：This was my first and last experience with them, I made a point of making a reservation for 12 people and showing up 15 minutes early, only to be told you stand in line reservation or not! then finally get to the front of the line and have to fill out a form I was not given and had to walk away to fill it out to come back. Once that was done we waited for a van for an hour so my 12:00 reservation is now a 1:30 van ride finally and a 2:00 ride to the drop off to get Tubes and there was only one guy getting those and they were not ready at all, and they were deflated so he was inflating them when there were about 30 people waiting to go rafting. I paid for cooler rafts well those were not available, once we finally got in the water at about 2:30-3:00 it is a 3hr float we should have actually be done. This is the most disorganized business, no parking available, what is the point of a reservation if you still have to wait in line? IK should have been checked in and on a van at noon that is why I did that. Never again. I will always go to
