点评：We had the pleasure of doing a private guided tour of Fond Ferdinand, and we were very pleased ! Our Guide named Elliott was very friendly, spoke perfectly French and English, and had a good knowledge about the local flora and fauna.
There is a free carpark at the entrance, and the national park entrance cost 20 Euros per person.
Our private guided tour last a little more than one hour and costed us 40 Euros.
Please note bring your water along with you, we couldn’t find any.
Bring also enough small change, because there are no ATM machine either.
We explored the trails of Fond Ferdinand Nature Reserve, which, unlike the crowed Vallee de Mai, felt like a little Paradise. The trails were easy to moderate, perfect for our family, and we had the whole place almost to ourselves. Elliott told us all about the iconic Coco de Mer tree and nuts.
We were lucky enough to spot the Seychelles Black Parrot and the Bronzed Eyed Gecko. The tour was a perfect mix of nature and cultural insights. We left the excursion feeling like we had experienced something special.
After the guided visit in the forest, we went to explore the panoramic view by ourselves, its a 2hr walk, but what a view !!
