点评：My wife and I are both in our 80s, and we were with our 20 year old grandaughter on a week's holiday in Plasencia. I booked to do a part day's trip into Monfragüe Park with Ricardo. I am the keen birdwatcher, my wife's sight is very poor, and I tend to describe things to her, my grandaughter is interested in drawing and painting, but has aso taken photographs of birds through a telescope. Ricardo had something for us all- three species of vulture, two species of raptor, black storks and a range of other birds. We were so close to a cliff with vultures that my wife was able to make out the shapes of some. My granddaughter took photographs through the telescope, and my wife really enjoyed the walk along the tagus, and I was able to describe a large number of great egrets flying up the river. Among the birds I wanted to see, Ricardo found the Iberian azure-winged magpie, but also picked out smaller birds for me, like a Hawfinch, Sardinian warbler, and Thekla Lark. And identified the call of a Cetti's Warbler (which I later heard along the Jerte).
