点评：ABSOLUTE S**T HOLE. RUDE STAFF. FOOD AWFUL.
Avoid this shambles of an eatery at all costs.
I attended on a quiet Saturday evening with five friends and my baby. We ordered promptly and were advised our meals may not come together… no problem. I could not have imagined what an absolute disaster this visit would turn into. I ordered sausage mash and beans for my son which took a hour and half to come. My meal never arrived after I sent back a cold cremated burger. Special shout out to the manager Terry and the bar lady Amy who were vile in their response to our complaints and made matters so much worse. Waited hours for food that actually never came. Food came freezing and rock hard I honestly wouldn’t feed it to my worse enemy. Then to top things off refused any kind of refund and was told basically that we were lying that we were never told how long the food would take and that we were lying that another member of staff had already offered us a discount on the bill. After an argument with Terry other diners then began to get up and leave as their food hadn’t arrived either, one family with 4 small children had been waiting almost 2 hours before seeing our argument and deciding just to leave and go to the chippy across the road instead. Such a shame as I have had nice food here in the past. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I’m still in shock and starving.
