点评：Wow. I don’t even know where to start with this one. It was that bad it was almost entertaining!!??
If I was to explain in full what occurred I’d be here all day so I’m going to put it in a nutshell because i dont want to waste any more of my time even thinking about this shambolic experience.
Our food took between an hour & a half to 2 hours & when it did arrive it all came at different times & was either cold or totally cremated and rock hard! And thats what DID arrive.. we never even received all the food we ordered!!!
Baring in mind 1 of these meals was a childs… How does it possibly take this long to make sausage beans and chips from the childs menu!!!??
When we confronted the staff they were incredibly rude & so unprofessional. Amy with the black hair & Terry with the blonde hair truly need to learn some customer service skills AT LEAST & take some accountability. It’s astonishing how this pub is still running with staff like that. Honestly, I have no words.
It wasnt only us with these problems either as at least 3 other tables raised issues and were sharing their stories of just how bad their experience had been! They all got up and left, the majority before even eating.
Anyway, a group of 5 friends who will definitely never return . Not even for a drink. We will also be making sure all our families & friends avoid at all costs in the future.
Take note of these 1 star reviews because it will save you your time & money. So many better places to eat locally. AVOID!!!
