点评:An incredible experience to start our Welsh holiday after taking the ferry from Ireland and was the definite highlight of the trip and still talked about by our daughter. The environment was entirely wheelchair friendly and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable about each of the many owls and other birds. Julia was incredible with our daughter in her wheelchair even going as far as allowing her to hold an owl on her good arm and the first time any of us had felt the softness of the owls feathers. We also were able to sponsor an owl and when the pack arrived with pictures and information once again our daughters face lit up with happiness as now she has 'another pet' but of course staying in their house. We went with Wyddfa as she loves Harry Potter and the personal note and picture/information were perfect for her wall. Definitely if you are anywhere in or pass through Wales it is not only a great spot to see but a great charity to support - which will be doing for many years now. Thank you Pam for your quick email responses and Julia and the team for your great work.
