点评：I visited back in July 2020. I absolutely LOVE Kentucky Kingdom! The park is right near the airport so it’s very convenient! I was confused though, about where to park as it wasn’t very clear or obvious to me, where the parking was. I just followed everyone else who seemed to know where they were going.
The entrance is different than other parks as I kinda just walked in from the parking lot, it was literally right there so no long walk at all. This park has some really unique rides, my favorite was the Flying Dutchman. I also loved the Zeppelin ride & Kentucky Flyer was my favorite coaster there, I rode it several times in a row. I think only one ride was closed due to Covid reasons but everything else was open.
You hafta walk across the road via foot bridge to get to the other side of the park which was a bit arduous & tiring IMO, especially since it was a bit rainy on that day but overall, it’s a great park & highly recommend it. The ride attendants on the coasters WILL check for a safety strap if you wear glasses, including sunglasses so make sure you bring one to use, otherwise, they make you remove your glasses. The carousel was so unique & cool! It has an antique look about it, I thought it WAS antique but found out that it’s just made that way. It also has a disabled access for anyone who uses a wheelchair so they can ride too! Very cool!!
I’ve heard that they’re redoing the theming of the park to more of a Kentucky related theming so that’ll be interesting to see.
