点评：My daughter and I had stopped at the Luss Village Shop, on the way up to Glencoe, for a quick visit to the village and to buy a sandwich.
After parking the car, our car doors got blocked with the Keys inside (not only the keys but also our phones, bags, wallets and money)!
We didn’t know what to do!
The 2 ladies inside Karen and Helen and all the staff helped us making us feel better: offered us coffee and water (we didn’t have the money because everything was in the car), they searched (with the help of a kind customer) and called a blacksmith Who could open the doors and they keep reassuring us that everything would have ended fine!
Finally after 2 Hours, we could open the doors and have our stuff back.
We bought food and souvenirs and discovered that it’s also a wonderdul place to eat. The food is fresh, good quality and well prepared.
We will always be grateful to Karen, Helen and all the staff.
