点评：How to write a review that encapsulates the experience that is Latigo....impossible! From the moment you are met by name via a wrangler on horseback as you drive in, to being escorted to your cabin, your car whisked away, well-appointed cabin with a personalized welcome card (and the caramel corn waiting!), excellence is evident in every single aspect of Latigo. The food is absolutely incredible (truly top-notch), the staff is beyond meticulous, the horses are well kept, in good weight, with proper fitting tack, and the owners are two of the most kind, genuine people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
The attention to safety and guest well-being is second to none, and after visiting many dude ranches this is by far the best. It can be hard to travel as a single person, and I was made to feel just as important as the large families visiting. The way Latigo provides for young kids is the perfect amount of kids being present, and kids not being present - all were happy and all of us made memories that were specific to us - kindness and support all around. You can do as much (all-day ride!) or as little (fire in your wood-burning stove and reading with aforementioned caramel corn!) as you like and the guest shop has enough to keep you finding little items for folks back home, including some custom pieces made by local artisans.
If you are thinking of Latigo, stop thinking and make the reservation! Randy, Lisa, Hannah, Spencer, Amanda, and the rest of the staff will make sure you have the time of your life - I can't wait to return!
