点评：Cranleigh arts has lovely events but it's a massive shame that the staff enjoy bullying different/disabled folk.
I attended the open mic night with my friend and my husband this week and was treated absolutely appallingly.
We attend the event monthly and always buy from the bar/contribute etc.
However on this one occasion we were struggling financially after Christmas and decided to bring in a few cans to drink whilst there. (we had previously been told by another staff member that this was okay on occasion especially seeing as we usually contribute.
We did not litter and were all respectful and were having a lovely time.
Out of nowhere staff member Stephanie came and stood over us being very menacing and started to give us abuse for drinking a couple of cans. We explained to her that we always contribute but this month was a little difficult financially. Although she was very threatening she eventually stopped harassing us and we tried to enjoy the rest of the night. Three staff members spent the rest of the night whispering about us and laughing and kept pointing up at us (I have proof of this)
At the end of the event on our way out we were cornered and shouted at by three staff members who were blocking the only exit.
My disabled husband and autistic friend were understandably shaken up and so I done my best to defend ourselves whilst they hurled abuse at us in front of other customers making us look like criminals. One staff member was right in my disabled husbands face and did not move away when I asked him to.... We WILL be attending again as we shouldn't have to feel bullied in the village we live in but the unfortunate truth about places like this in Cranleigh is that it you're not a white person of at least 50 years old and conservative they just don't tend to like you very much. Living in the 1700s!!!!

我残疾的丈夫和患有自闭症的朋友显然很震惊，所以我尽我所能为自己辩护，而他们当着其他顾客的面辱骂我们，让我们看起来像罪犯。一名工作人员正对着我残疾的丈夫，当我要求他走开时，他并没有走开……我们一定会再次参加，因为我们不应该在我们居住的村庄里感到被欺负，但不幸的是，克兰利这样的地方，如果你不是至少 50 岁的白人，而且是保守派，他们就不会很喜欢你。生活在 18 世纪！！！！
