点评：A wonderful 8 days aboard the Sea Bird cruising the Seychelle Islands of Mahe, Cousin, Praslin, La Digue, Curieuse and various uninhabited islands. Very comfortable, large boat with a fabulous, friendly and very attentive crew. The common areas and outside decks were great - so much room to move around and find a place to ourselves. We had 5 passengers and 6 crew so were very spoilt! The cabins are comfortable (though the bathrooms could use an update) but 8 days aboard was just perfect. Ron, our captain had us at a new place each morning where we would explore the area, then after a lunch we would snorkel (as we had no divers among us) then onto an often secluded-beach to finish off the day. The snorkelling was amazing with the sea life very abundant and exciting. While this boat is unable to power under sail (at present) the motor had us moving around the islands in good time and the sense of being on a large sailing boat was very special.
Food aboard was first class. Freddy our chef provided us with delights throughout the day (with his amazing home baking). Meals were great - especially the dinners! Wow! Debbie our hostess ensured our every need was met and her infectious laugh kept us all relaxed and in holiday-mode.
Reggie and Hakeem kept us safe on the water for our snorkelling and small boat transfers to the beaches and islands. Their wicked sense of humour had us laughing a lot! What a great holiday.
Would highly recommend this trip for all the areas that it covers and for the relaxed and very friendly atmosphere on the boat. Great pricing for such a great cruise! Thank you everyone for making us feel so welcome.
