Normally happy with the cinema but felt the service was lacking on this occasion

点评：Normally really happy with the cinema restaurant (and keen to support local cinema) but had a disappointing experience. Last night I went with 2 friends for a meal and movie night.
It was busy when we got to the restaurant (happy to see it so busy). We picked a suitable table for 3 people and asked a staff member if it was free; he said it was but it needed to be cleaned which would get done. We waited around for this to happen but it did not; to the point that we were told again when our drinks were being served that the table would get cleaned (at some point) for us. We got our food served on an unclean table and it didn't get cleaned at any point whilst we were there.
I understand they were busy but it also took so long to pay for our meal that we were only just in time to catch the start of the movie. Also noticed a member of staff who seemed to cut in front of us whilst we were waiting to pay for the food; whilst i'm sympathetic that there only seemed to be 2 members of staff serving, I thought this was quite rude.
Whilst in the screen itself; it was overly warm to the point that it was very uncomfortable. Thankfully, the air con did kick in at some point during the start of the film.
