Fabulous experience with Lawson’s!

点评：Our family of five—including three kids 8, 10, and 12–spent a fantastic day with Ralf during our recent visit to Merida. We were hoping for a tour of Uxmal that didn’t feel too touristy/commercialized. What we got was just beyond imagination. First- Ralf is an excellent communicator. He got back to us quickly, sought out our interests, built a special itinerary just for us, and provided all the details we needed. The day started with special touches (cookies for the kids!) and from the moment we pulled away from the curb, we weren’t just driving to Uxmal- we were taking in an ornate cemetery, visiting a market, stopping off at a hacienda and checking out a tortilleria… the day was filled with these little experiences and details. Ralf learned our kids’ names right away and engaged with them as much as the adults, which kept them hooked on the adventure. He is a real treasure- someone with decades of experience in hospitality and the Yucatan who also has a passion for helping visitors connect with a fresh authentic, human experience, as if you were his very first client. I also appreciated how Ralf partnered with local guides and sustainable tourism entrepreneurs, who led us through different parts of the day. By the time we got back in the afternoon, we had filled our minds and memories. My only regret is that we only had one day with Ralf. Don’t visit the Yucatan without booking an experience with Lawson’s!
