点评:We were really impressed with this soft play for our 18 month old toddler, as I had worried the soft play would really be for older kids, having read how HUGE it is! Happily this is not the case :-)
There is a baby zone with soft play and lots of toys, and also a large toddler zone, complete with climbing areas, small ball pool, slide etc (about the size of our local soft play). Then of course there is the HUGE areas for the bigger kiddies, with lots of separate rooms to run around in and explore, kick a ball around, balance on the toys, plus the usual climbing, tunnels and 3 really good slides.
Of course our toddler wanted to go in the big kiddies areas too! She loved whizzing down the big slides. But she also loved playing in the toddler zone. As she still needs a lot of help climbing, mum or dad always have to accompany her for now, it is fine for parents to assist small ones in the soft play and go climbing and on the slides with them :-)
There is lots of seating, both chairs around tables and couches to relax on.
Although we only spent £8 on entry for 4 adults and 1 under 3yrs old visiting, we then ended up spending £40 on food & drink! for 4 adults. so the cost can quickly add up. I thought the bacon/sausage sandwiches were a bit disappointing with not a lot of meat filling, however the chicken wrap was a good size for £6 and the sweet potato fries was a large portion. Drinks were made immediately and then food brought to our table just a few minutes later.
Easy to find and a large carpark with plenty of spaces when we visited.
Entry actually worked out cheaper than our small local softplay, as here you don't have to pay for accompanying adults only the children. Under 3 years is £7.95, under 1's £3.50 or free with sibling, aged 3+ is £11.50. Older children is quite a price jump and initially seems expensive but then you see the huge size of the soft play area and I think it is worth the money. You are booking for a 2.5 hour session.
We got the membership loyalty card as we will definitely be back again soon. "Collect & spend your loyalty points on entry, food & drink with your Play Passport". I read that "after every 4 paid visits you get one free" although we have yet to try to redeem.
Summary: Lots of fun for kids of all ages, comfortable seating for adults and large menu of food and drink choices. We will be back!
