St. Mark's Cathedral的点评
点评：Note there is only one entry for St Mark's on TripAdvisor, but the cathedral and the bell tower are actually separate, with separate entrance fees.
The cathedral is lovely - quite small, but perfectly formed.
As for the bell tower, I wasn't sure whether to give it one star or five..it's definitely memorable! It has a vary narrow stair, and at times you can't pass people going the other way, which is not great when 10 people start charging up without checking if anyone is above them. It badly needs a way of controlling who is going up and down. At one point a couple coming the other way had to climb into a window niche so I could pass! There are also sections with big steps up, down or sideways. Most of the top is narrow too. Thankfully most of it had a handrail. I'm no stranger to spiral stairs or heights, but this tower gave me the heebie jeebies!
For extra entertainment be at the top next to the bell at 12, when it rings for what seems like 400 times.
