点评:Visited on Sunday and would give top rate only for one issue we encountered which does no reflect on all staff. We arrived and entered to get tickets for the tour, there was no one at the counter so we proceeded to look around for staff. The only staff we could see were serving at the cafe so made our way there and joined the queue to enquire how to get tickets as there was no staff at the counter. The female that dealt with us was extremely rude and we were made to feel like we had inconvenienced her by asking to purchase tickets! Apart from this the rest of the experience was great 😊 the young man at the ticket & VR office was very friendly and pleasant. We had John as our guide and he was very informative, knowledgable and engaging. We also encountered another guide (young lady with blonde ponytail) she was so friendly, well mannered and helpful. I got quite anxious about making my way back down the steps and she chatted with me and put me at ease. At the end of the tour 16:45 we got to the cafe and there were still customers sitting at tables as it was 15 minutes until closing. We just wanted tea and coffee and the young man serving had to check with the lady that had been rude with us regarding ticket purchase, we got tea and coffee and were out of the cafe by 16:55 but could not have been made to feel more unwelcome, again by this same female member of staff. Overall a great visit, just a pitty one member of staff let herself down and it reflects negatively on the business with having a member of staff with such bad attitude. Wish to thank all of the other staff we encountered as they were lovely and made the main part of our visit thougherly enjoyable. The views are also breathtaking and the VR is a great way to tell the story and keep things current and engaging for all. The shop had some beautiful gifts and keepsakes but it was very overpriced and I was also put off as it would be the same staff member serving us that had been rude.
