Excellent service and tour with Gihan Tours, we would highly recommend this company!

点评：Myself, my husband and our adult son visited Sri Lanka and booked a tour with Gihan Tours. We originally booked the trip with Gihan for June 2020 and because he was so helpful at that time, I was very keen to book with him again. The service we received from our first contact with Gihan to our last day was excellent. Gihan suggested a tour which suited our requirements and was very prompt answering any questions we had.
We were assigned Chandana as our driver and we were delighted with his help during our trip. Chandana was very welcoming when we first arrived, he brought us everywhere, he made sure we were always comfortable and that we had everything we needed. He was incredibly helpful when myself and my son had a cough and cold. Chandana kept us updated on the itinerary and was very flexible if we needed to change the plan. We were extremely happy that we got to meet Chandana and that he looked after us so well. We even got to chat to his sons on the phone which was very special. We could not have asked for a nicer person to look after us.
I will highly recommend Gihan Tours and Chandana to my friends if they visit Sri Lanka. It is a beautiful country with lovely people and amazing activities. We are so happy that we finally got to visit this beautiful country, it was worth the wait!
