点评：This kid- and dog-friendly property is expansive with a variety of activities appealing to all types. It is NOT just a "beer destination" (although it does a phenomenal job at that!). The main grounds house the brewing and packaging facility and FREE self-guided tour with some cool historical artifacts along with the gift shop and amazing tap room. The wood-fired pizzas were amazing. We sat near the oven where they stretched the fresh dough by hand - they were on pace for over 400 pizzas that day alone (along with a nice variety of other yummy food). The seating area is huge with an outdoor patio yet I'd recommend reservations if you don't want to wait or press your luck with bar seating which is first-come, first-served. We did the $12 45-minute brewery tour and our tour guide, Max, was outstanding with his deep knowledge of the brewing process, the family-owned business, AND his humor. The grounds outside the building are beautiful with lawn games, chairs and bench seating for local concerts in the amphitheater. Check out the 0.2 mile path down to the lower park near the river for more lawn games, picnic tables, and beer for purchase. This is a resort-style property. We spent the entire day here. If they had hotel rooms, I'd book this place on any trip to Asheville and enjoy an awesome mix of relaxation, fun, and great energy/vibes when I wasn't checking out all the other great things in the area.
