MoAfrika Tours的点评
点评：My experience with Mo Africa was awful.
First of all my travel consultant Ruben was unprofessional and did not communicate to us regarding all the transport and pick up arrangements,in results we did not feel safe as female travelers.
Second when we booked the tour i specifically asked if there is a Blyde river boat tour, and Ruben said it was included.(See attached screenshot ) When we was on the Panorama tour our guide informed us it's not.
On the second last day the Amazing staff at Nkambeni lodge phone to ask our pick up time (information was not given to us)for the next day and they was so rude with them.
The last day Safari link driver informed us that his office informed him to drop us off at night in Pretoria and not our Hotel as booked and paid for.Again Ruben did not do his Job.
Lucky the safari Link driver made arrangements to drop us off at the hotel, again doing Ruben Job.
WILL NEVER USE MO AFRICA AGAIN,AND IF YOU WAT TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT YOU WONT ALSO.
