Very disappointed
Ravensworth Golf Club的点评
点评：Because my Mother liked to go here for Sunday lunch we decided it would be a nice place to hold her wake following her sad passing on Valentine’s Day.
The Venue is nice but unfortunately the catering was very poor, food was beige, bland and sparse, sandwiches had very little filling and some of the wraps only had lettuce in. Very disappointing. The bar manager informed me she wouldn’t be there on the day and staff would look after us. She told me they would set a table up with flowers and a photograph so we dropped these off in the morning but had to ask where they were on arrival. Unfortunately the food and staff on this occasion let the Golf club down and the buffet was definitely not worth the money we paid. (I compared this to the amazing buffet I had encountered the week before at Greenside cricket club which my cousin had paid less than half the amount I had) The £50 tip I had set aside in an envelope came home with me as neither the buffet nor waiting staff justified a tip so kept the £50 as our own compensation for the let down 😟
