My Driver in Sri Lanka - Day Tours的点评
点评：The owner of the agency, Samantha, turned out to be extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We paid in advance for 16 days of service (as she requested), but she had only hired our driver for 15. As a result, we were left without a driver for an entire day. When we asked for a refund for the missed day, instead of offering an explanation or apology, we were insulted with offensive remarks about Italians. Needless to say, we never saw our money back.
A real shame, because our driver, Mufith, was excellent – professional, kind, and highly recommended.
For the last leg of the trip, from Arugam Bay to Colombo, Samantha and her nephew drove us. It was an 8-hour journey during which Samantha drank around 7 beers in the car, leaving a strong smell of alcohol inside the vehicle (and of course without even asking if it bothered us).
Just five minutes after arriving at the airport, we realized we had forgotten a pair of glasses in Samantha’s car. We called her immediately, but she refused to turn back to return them, even though she was probably still stuck in traffic near the airport.
In conclusion: do not trust this company.
