点评：I found Fayla Tours while I was in Costa Rica, I was searching for a private trip to Palo Verde with a focus on looking at birds. We needed a private tour as my wife gets travel sick and we couldn't risk going on a Tui tour and getting a large bus. Robert on WhatsApp was very helpful and reassuring, we booked to go to Palo Verde and river cruise and also a visit to see the sloths a few days later. We paid with PayPal.
Alex our guide collected us from the hotel reception and drove us to Palo Verde, we made several stops on the way to look at birds and other interesting places. The river tour was also private and it was just me,my wife, Alex and the boat captain on board. On the way back Alex surprised us by showing us two of the birds we wanted to see the most, Jabiru and Scarlet Macaw.
The second trip was also with Alex and we went to the Sloth sanctuary, once again Alex made some stops to show us birds, Toucans this time. We stopped for lunch at the sanctuary before driving to the river where we floated down on an inflatable boat. It was very peaceful.
We had planned to hire a car to drive to Monte Verde later in the week but after exchanging messages with Robert he agreed that we could hire a driver to take us there and bring us back. That turned out to be an excellent idea as I would not have enjoyed the drive.
The company was very helpful and responsive and we really enjoyed the company of Alex and Chris. We will definitely use them again when we return.
