点评：We used Katy Bike Rental for bike rental and shuttle service. The shuttle driver had poor communication and led to some communication challenges with the entire group including the shuttle van being very cold throughout the entire drive. Also upon handing off the bikes to us, a helmet, lock or charger (for the ebike) was not provided as promised. We had to pick up our charger at our first hotel and the helmet and a bike lock several days into our trip as they had to arrange delivery having failed to provide these at the beginning of our rental.
We also weren't given a tool to remove the tires from the ebike in the event of a flat. The other bike had quick release. Fortunately, we didn't experience a flat or we would not have been able to get the tire off.
Overall, for the price we paid, the service was very lacking. They did respond to our request to provide these items but we should not have had to make these arrangements and at the least, they should have provided a discount proactively.
I'm planning a larger group trip that will require bike rental and shuttle service for 2026, but based on my experience this year, I will be hesitant to use this company again.
