点评：It said give us feedback on the summer menu. I could t find anywhere to do this. It’s the worst menu I’ve seen here. This is such a beautiful place and we don’t get chance to go often but have usually gone in the summer 3 or 4 times a year. This year this was the first time. Oh dear what has happened? We were really disappointed. At £100 we expected better. The menu is now really poor and very limited in choice. Why not serve the breakfast menu all day. There used to be quiche and fish but not today. The hot pork sandwich was poor the toasted ciabatta bun was so hard we couldn’t chew it. The pork was tough. The pork pie was very small. The Caesar salads were ok. If we had been asked if the meal was ok we would have said but we were not asked. The special board used to be amazing but not now. We went to look at deserts but these were uninspiring so we didn’t bother. The root chips didn’t go with the pork and the salad was poorly presented. On the way out I noticed the takeaway sandwiches were much better options. I would have been happy with a panini or a toasted sandwich but these aren’t on the menu. In this cost of living crisis come on balloon tree up your game.
