点评：I did a lot of research before our roadtrip to KY. The first thing I wanted to see was this beautiful clock! It totally blew us away! We were in the perfect season for the summer blooms. This clock is on a very large scale in concrete form with massive hands and fountains surrounding! 🌺
Located on the Capital grounds, the flowers are changed out seasonally. Such a lovely place! If you watch carefully, you can even see when the hands move. For good luck, toss a coin into the fountain. Info on the clock is on a sign near the front.
The minute hand is 20 feet (6.1 m) long, and the hour hand is 15 feet (4.6 m) long; both weigh approximately 500 pounds (230 kg)
Such a sight to see and very worth the trip!
