点评:My wife and I recently discovered the Premier Cinema and proclaimed it our new movie theatre because I am a movie buff. This evening I went to see Greenland2. I asked them to put the phone away, but they ignored me. I sat through about 45 minutes of the movie and they kept the phone on the whole time. I finally got fed up with the distraction and left to find a manager. I told an employee what was happening and requested to see the manager. The manager took his sweet time coming to the counter to see me and when I told him what was happening he asserted that I could have told any employee and they would have taken care of it. I explained that I had in-fact told an employee and he offered up the argument that I had asked for a manager so that's why she the employee didn't take care of it. The employee then went into the theatre to identify who the person with the phone was, but she recognized them as a behaviorally challenged person and sought out the manager for instruction on whether to speak directly to the person with the phone or their guardian. By this time I had missed about fifteen minutes of the movie so I requested a refund. The manager came out and requested my ticket. He then began to scrutinize where I had purchased it. At this point, based on his responses and demeanor I assumed that he was going to find a way to talk me out of the refund (otherwise he would have given it to me when I requested it) so I told him to forget the refund and left never to return. I started out the evening a big fan of Premier cinema, but they ruined it.
