点评：The "trick or treat stations" were a total rip-off at £3.00 each, especially since tickets for the event were already £12.00 per child. They promised Halloween-themed games, but there were only two: a mummy-making station and slime—hardly enough to keep the kids entertained. Most of the children just ended up playing in the soft play area, which felt pointless since we could have gone there without the Halloween theme.
Given the high prices and extra service charges, I expected at least some free treats, but there were none. The staff seemed moody and unhelpful, and to top it off, face painting was an additional £2.00, yet only a couple of kids had it done. While I understand that they are a business, it felt like they were prioritizing profit over providing a fun experience for families who have already spent a lot. I've attended much better Halloween events, and this one was definitely the worst. I wouldn't recommend sending your child here next year unless you want them to just dress up and play in the soft play area.
