点评：My son, who has coeliac disease, was served chicken nuggets that contained wheat despite being assured they were gluten-free. He had already eaten a portion when a staff member came over to apologise and remove the meal, admitting they had mistakenly served regular (non-gluten-free) nuggets.
After the incident, I raised this directly with Lisa, the owner, but the service since then has been appalling. I understand the business is being sold this week, but that does not excuse the lack of accountability. I’ve asked for the new owner’s contact details repeatedly to inform them they may be taking on an active legal case, but I’ve been ignored.
Due to the lack of communication and serious nature of the incident, a formal legal case has now been submitted and I feel the new owner should be made aware of this.
