点评：I feel the horses at the ranch are well cared for and Cynthia truly has a connection with the horses. However, I cannot recommend the ranch to stay at or ride. When I spoke with Cynthia on the phone two times, she was very pushy about booking. I was hesitant to book because of her attitude, but I could not find another trail ride in the area, so I booked two nights at the Amish Suite, one breakfast and a 2 hour deluxe trail ride. The Amish Suite was very nice and clean. Due to the rain on Saturday, she offered to switch the ride to Sunday, but a regular ride at the farm instead of the deluxe that I paid for where we trailer to a different site. She offered us a free breakfast due to the change. The difference between the deluxe and regular ride was about $70 but she offered us a $25 meal instead. Only after questioning her about the price difference, she offered a refund of $45 to my card, which I did appreciate but then charged me for breakfast. I had a text and confirmed the time of the trail ride the day before. The morning of the ride, she texted me and gave me a different time. When I questioned her, she said she was confused because she made an exception and forgot, despite us being her only guests that day. She said "You're lucky you're getting a trail ride at all today due to the weather". The weather was great that morning. I was livid at her attitude but we went ahead with the ride anyway. The 2 hour ride was only 1.5 hours with at least 15 minutes of stops for the horses to graze. The ride was beautiful, but short. All she did was talk about her farm and the type of people that come there and her 5 stars - those words were from my 14 year old during our ride home. My daughter clearly saw how self-absorbed this lady was. She only cares about marketing her farm and has no interest in her customers. We were the only people there that weekend and she couldn't even remember our names.
