点评：As a professional photographer with a deep passion for people and culture, I'm always in search of remote and meaningful places to explore. Several months ago, my friend and I set oursights on the Highlands of Peru. After researching options, we decided to book a journey with Flavio of Photostoursperu.com—and I’m so glad we did.
From the very beginning, Flavio impressed us with his prompt, thorough communication and his willingness to accommodate a few special requests. He was not only highly professional and well-organized, but also incredibly thoughtful in every aspect of the trip.
With years of experience, Flavio is extremely knowledgeable about the challenges of traveling at high altitudes. He made sure we were properly acclimated, had access to the right medications, and stayed healthy and well-fed thanks to delicious meals prepared by Valerio, his excellent cook. We camped at around 14,600 feet for most of the journey, and it couldn’t have been smoother.
What stood out most was Flavio’s deep connection with the local communities. He had a natural rapport with the people in every village we visited, which made the photography experience truly special. Because of his relationships and respect for the culture, doors opened that allowed for an authentic and seamless exchange.
In my 20 years of travel, this was hands down one of the most memorable and rewarding journeys I’ve taken. Flavio took full responsibility to ensure everything was perfect, and he delivered far beyond our expectations. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
