点评：We recently celebrated our son’s 10th birthday at Play Planet Hereford, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. He chose the Quasar Laser Party option, and it was an absolute hit from start to finish!
The party was held in the evening, which gave it an exciting atmosphere for the kids — like their own mini laser tag night out. The laser games were energetic, well-organised, and loads of fun, with just the right balance of friendly competition and teamwork. The manager and staff member made sure everything ran smoothly and that every child felt included and safe.
The party host was fantastic — welcoming, efficient, and great with the kids. They explained the rules clearly, kept the energy up, and made sure the birthday boy felt special. We had full use of the venue which was clean, secure, with massive space for the kids to run riot!
Most importantly, our son had the best time and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. All the guests left with huge smiles and lots of “that was awesome!” comments.
