Market great- But, this return visit to Ludlow was disappointing!

点评：We have had many visits to Ludlow when in the area.
As usual, the market stalls were great, lots of variety and we bought some unusual gifts for the family.
The butchers DW Wall had some great meat that we bought and cooked later on the bbq.
As usual, The Feathers Hotel was great for lunch, although is in need of some TLC- the courtyard needs some painting of furniture, replacing lighting etc.
Disappointingly, the area around the market needed attention.
We had our dog with us, leaving the car park, broken glass was around the walkways. Entering the market area, there was even more broken glass. Walking around the shops, empty beer/spirit/ wine bottles were scattered around the pavements and doorways.
The town had an air of being neglected. We won’t be rushing back to Ludlow at our next visit to the area.
