点评：This is such a beautiful place to walk towards, it has the most amazing sculpture outside.....it is labeled as 'We gather strength as we go'... it is 'a tribute to our ancestors who had the courage to make the journey'- it was donated by the Waikerie Italian Club. It depicts the wings of the Rain Moth with aerial view of the river, the land and the irrigated landscape. The artist who created this was Dimitri Nickas.
And then there is the mosaic art on the outside of the building... really beautiful. Step inside and assistance is immediately offered. The gentleman answered my questions about where I was heading to next because at the moment, this gallery is also visitor information for the town.
There is a gift store at the front of the building and many artworks are shown in the rooms, it is free to wander around.
