Lovely Gardens . Skip the restaurant.

点评：The gardens were absolutely amazing! The flowers were so bright and beautiful, especially considering how hot the weather has been. It's a lovely place for families, with plenty for kids to enjoy, and you can easily walk around everything in about an hour. The gardens are definitely 5 stars. I think the admission was £16 per adult and £10 per child.
Unfortunately, the biggest let-down was the restaurant. The cakes on display looked incredible, and I wish I'd chosen one instead! We ordered three sandwiches, which came with crisps and a side salad. The menu described the bread as "hand-cut crusty bread", but it was clearly cheap, pre-sliced supermarket bread, which was disappointing. The salad looked fresh but was very dry because it had no dressing at all. A proper thick, crusty loaf and a simple salad dressing would have made the meal so much better.
To make matters worse, we waited around 45 minutes for just three sandwiches, and the restaurant wasn't particularly busy.
Overall, I'd highly recommend visiting for the beautiful gardens, but I'd probably skip the sandwiches next time and just try one of the cakes instead.
