点评：San Lorenzo is a prodigal beach in Manabí. Like few places, the scenic beauty and nature take visitors hostage. The area has everything that a demanding tourist looks for to have a good time: adventure, surfing, gastronomy, nature, wildlife. In this environment is Pacoche, a protected area of tropical-humid forest of 13,545 hectares (5,045 terrestrial and 8,500 marine), with 4 km. of beaches. Inside you can breathe pure air. In the marine area it is possible to see turtles nesting on the beach; and on land to the howler monkeys in the mountains. You can also head towards the Sendero del Faro, five minutes from San Lorenzo. The route includes a 300-meter walk that ends at a lighthouse, which guides the boats at night. The steps and handrail are made of wood, and the vegetation is home to lizards, parakeets, ants and other insects. From there you can admire the cliff and when you look to the side be surprised by a beach with turquoise water full of boobies, frigates and pelicans.
