A top course only if a few things are addressed

点评：The course was in good condition with the greens running superbly true. Some excellent holes with excellent views along the Norfolk coast. This was my second trip to SGC and at £120 a round was expecting a first class experience. Unfortunately with a lot of the course being redeveloped on the front 9 a lot of the holes has ground under repair which was disappointing but understandable. Work was also underway by the ground staff on the fairways which resulted in scarifying clumps spoiling the fairways. Can you therefore charge £120 when the course is not at its very best?
As a competent 2 ball we were also disappointed that a 4 ball of members refused to let us play through resulting in us waiting on nearly every shot. Course management needs addressing if we are paying this much! Bar and restaurant facilities are good and the female assistant professional was lovely to talk to about the club and expectations on the course. May play here again if some things are addressed.
