Kilkenny Activity Centre的点评
点评：Kilkenny activity centre was booked for a hen party in June . Due to tragic circumstances we had to cancel our booking at the very last minute literally a few days before . We had paid in full over 600e and we were told we could change the date . At first this was agreeable but unfortunately the accommodation we booked had no availability for the year so we explained on a call to Eddie who was the manager , that we wouldn’t be handing any hen now in Kilkenny and again explained the circumstances. And requested a refund . His initial reaction was that he had heard it all before and all the payment was not refundable which we knew. I appealed to him to reconsider due to the circumstances and after a while he said he thought I was a genuine person and agreed to refund part of the money . I thought this was the right decision and felt as he would be out of pocket that the partial refund was acceptable. But for 6 months I have emailed and text on numerous occasions . Everytime I rang the call was not answered and I would receive an automated message. So my review is in keeping with a lot of the reviews , I would NOT RECOMMEND this venue . To keep over 600 e is disgraceful and mean . Horrible thing to do. .
