Vista Skybar & Dining的点评
点评：We celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary with dinner at Vista Skybar & Dining at the Hotel Mediterraneo in Sorrento, and it was a truly memorable evening.
Our rooftop outdoor table for four was perfectly positioned to enjoy a spectacular sunset over the Bay of Naples. The panoramic coastline views, gentle sea breeze and elegant surroundings created a magical atmosphere, made even more special as we celebrated with our son and daughter.
The signature cocktails were beautifully crafted, and we enjoyed the tasting menu featuring a selection of shared signature dishes. We loved the fine dining approach, where dishes arrived in a natural flow rather than following the traditional starter and main course sequence. Each plate was beautifully presented, full of flavour and showcased the creativity of the kitchen. The Italian wine selection complemented the meal perfectly.
The live band added to the atmosphere, although the amplified music was slightly louder than we would have preferred at times. It still contributed to the vibrant rooftop setting.
A special mention must go to Antonio, the delightful maître d'. While there were many friendly and attentive staff members, Antonio was the person we relied on to make things happen, whether arranging our orders, taking a family photograph, organising extra drinks or finalising the bill. He was warm, professional and genuinely attentive, adding a personal touch that made the evening even more enjoyable.
The team also handled our dietary requirements exceptionally well, carefully accommodating a nut allergy, vegetarian choices and an egg intolerance without affecting the quality of the dining experience.
To finish a wonderful evening, the staff surprised us with a fountain candle to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This thoughtful gesture was the perfect ending to an already special occasion.
