Très mauvaise expérience / Very unpleasant experience
Rock'n Jump Adventure的点评
点评：After a fantastic canyoning trip with Outdoor Activities, we returned to our car. The Rock and Jump Adventure vehicle was parked very close to ours. Unfortunately, we noticed that our car had been damaged by the door of his vehicle.
We waited until he returned with his canyoning group so that we could discuss the matter calmly and deal with the necessary formalities. I calmly explained what had happened and asked him to resolve the matter with me. He immediately denied everything, refused to cooperate in any way, and then walked away.
When I approached him again, he started laughing at me and gave me the well-known middle finger. This happened in the presence of his own canyoning group. We found his behaviour particularly disrespectful and antisocial, especially considering that he works professionally with tourists.
At our campsite, we heard that this apparently was not an isolated incident and that he has previously had problems with tourists. He is reportedly known as an antisocial and selfish person. Unfortunately, this is consistent with our experience with him.
We are extremely disappointed by this experience and, based on it, we would absolutely not book a canyoning activity with Rock'n Jump Adventure
Après une superbe sortie de canyoning avec Outdoor Activities, nous sommes retournés à notre voiture. La voiture de Rock and Jump Adventure était garée très près de la nôtre. Nous avons malheureusement constaté que notre voiture avait été endommagée par la portière de son véhicule.
Nous avons attendu qu’il revienne avec son groupe de canyoning afin de pouvoir en discuter calmement et régler les formalités nécessaires. Je lui ai expliqué calmement ce qui s’était passé et lui ai demandé de régler la situation avec moi. Il a immédiatement tout nié, a refusé toute coopération, puis s’est éloigné.
Lorsque je me suis adressé à lui une nouvelle fois, il a commencé à se moquer de moi et m’a fait le doigt d’honneur. Cela s’est passé en présence de son propre groupe de canyoning. Nous avons trouvé son comportement particulièrement irrespectueux et antisocial, d’autant plus qu’il travaille professionnellement avec des touristes.
Sur notre camping, nous avons appris que ce comportement ne serait apparemment pas un cas isolé et qu’il aurait déjà eu des problèmes avec des touristes par le passé. Il serait connu comme une personne antisociale et égoïste. Cela correspond malheureusement à l’expérience que nous avons eue avec cette personne.
Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par cette expérience et, sur la base de celle-ci, nous ne réserverions absolument pas d’activité de canyoning auprès de cette personne (Rock'n Jump Adventure)
